Safeguarding and PSEAH Training for Staff, Board Members and Volunteers

This capacity building training is designed to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and personal accountability of SERAC-Bangladesh team members regarding Safeguarding and the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH). Throughout the session, participants will dive into the core principles and critical importance of protecting children and program participants from harm. By engaging with practical risk management strategies, attendees will learn how to proactively identify potential vulnerabilities and implement effective preventive measures to ensure safe, respectful, and inclusive operational environments. Additionally, the training equips staff with a clear understanding of official procedures for safely reporting, referring, and responding to safeguarding concerns, allegations, and incidents in line with organizational standards.
