SERAC-Bangladesh believes in the statements by the United Nations as `Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status. We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible.’

Our emergence as a human rights organization has deep relation with the nature of this organization that is a law and development organization. SERAC -Bangladesh strongly emancipated its stand for human rights through its following wings:

2. Human Rights and Rule of Law monitoring Program.

3. Migration Rights Program.

4. Peace, Resilience, and Harmony Program.
