With support from UNICEF, Eminence and SERAC-Bangladesh are jointly implementing the "Improving the Health and Well-being of Marginalized Adolescent Girls through Effective Engagement of All Relevant Stakeholders" project. The initiative aims to improve the health, well-being, and empowerment of marginalized adolescent girls in Bangladesh by identifying underserved groups, assessing barriers to accessing essential health services, and strengthening inclusive, adolescent-friendly health systems.

The project combines stakeholder mapping, evidence generation, peer network development, capacity building for frontline service providers, and community-led advocacy to improve access to sexual and reproductive health (SRHR), HPV prevention, mental health, and wellbeing services. Through meaningful engagement with government, civil society, and communities, the initiative seeks to ensure that the needs and voices of marginalized adolescent girls are reflected in policies, programs, and public health service delivery.

A core component of the project involves providing skill development, upskilling, and reskilling opportunities for household members. These training programs are specifically tailored toward modern and sustainable fields such as green jobs, climate-smart agriculture, and ICT, ensuring long-term economic resilience for the targeted families.
