All DreamWings volunteers gathered for a monthly meeting to enhance project activities and to find ways to make children’s learning experiences more engaging, enjoyable, and effective.
The meeting offered volunteers a chance to share their experiences and reflections on the current sessions. Topics discussed included activity implementation, session planning, volunteer responsibilities, and new ways to better support children’s learning and skill development.
The meeting was made more meaningful by the presence of SM Shaikat, Executive Director of SERAC-Bangladesh, who gave useful guidance on plans and new initiatives of the DreamWings project.
The meeting highlighted the importance of collaboration, strategic planning, and ongoing volunteer education. DreamWings continues to work towards creating meaningful, child-centred and joyful learning experiences through collective efforts and new ideas.
