Participatory Assessment on Organizational Capacity (OCA)

SERAC-Bangladesh is conducting an Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) as part of the Space to Lead project on 18–19 October 2026 in Dhaka, bringing together representatives from across the organisation including board members, staff, and general members. This participatory process will establish a baseline understanding of organizational strengths and capacity gaps. It will provide a collaborative platform to evaluate current impact, foster inclusive dialogue, and identify practical pathways toward stronger governance and strategic capacity building.
