To strengthen grassroots leadership, SERAC-Bangladesh initiated 15 Community Action Group (CAG) meetings on October 2025 with volunteers focusing on sexual and reproductive health (SRH) issues. Total147 volunteers participated from areas including Dhopur, Sohid Faruk Road, Chonpara, Kamrangirchor, Nobodoy Kacha Bazar, Society Housing, Mirhazirbag Kacha Bazar, D Block Mirpur-12, Old Dhaka, and Vatara.

The meetings served as an important platform for volunteers to enhance their understanding of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Menstrual Regulation (MR), Post-Abortion Care (PAC), Family Planning (FP), and Gender-Based Violence (GBV). Participants also shared field-level challenges and collaborated to identify practical solutions for improving service access and community engagement.
These sessions not only strengthened volunteers’ knowledge and leadership skills but also fostered solidarity among them. Participants emerged more confident to advocate for reproductive health, challenge harmful social norms, and support their communities through peer education and mobilization.
