On February 21, 2025, Samaj Rupantar Sangskritik Sangha organized a human chain in front of the Central Shaheed Minar to honor International Mother Language Day and advocate for the proper implementation of the Bengali Language Implementation Act 1987.
During the event, Robin Mia, Secretary and Youth Councilor of Mymensingh Urban Youth Council, delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of ensuring the rightful use of the Bengali language in all sectors.
