NutriTeens Talkshow Recap: “Nourishing the Soul: Embracing Healthy Eating Habits During Ramadan”

On March 20th, SERAC-Bangladesh hosted a dynamic social media live event under the NutriTeens initiative, titled “Nourishing the Soul: Embracing Healthy Eating Habits During Ramadan”. This initiative aims to empower adolescents with essential knowledge and resources to make healthier dietary choices, paving the way for a brighter, healthier future.

SM Shaikat, Executive Director of SERAC-Bangladesh, delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the organization’s dedication to engaging youth in advocating for improved nutrition policies. The event was skillfully coordinated by Katha Mondal Dristi, Program Development Associate, and expertly moderated by MD. Nazmul Hasan, Senior Program Officer, Innovation and Youth Specialist, whose facilitation ensured an engaging and impactful discussion.

Mohammad Zidan: “Hydration is key to maintaining your body’s balance, boosting energy, and supporting overall health—drink plenty of water to stay strong and active!”

The talkshow explored essential topics like the significance of nutrition during Ramadan, the importance of hydration, nutrient-rich food choices, managing nutrition challenges, and maintaining mental and emotional well-being.
