From February 3 to 5, 2025, the SERAC-Bangladesh team gathered in the tranquil setting of Cox’s Bazar for the Capacity Building & Annual Planning Meeting—an event that proved to be a pivotal step toward strengthening our collective vision and driving future impact.
Over the course of three transformative days, the meeting served as a platform for reflection, learning, and strategic planning. Team members engaged in thought-provoking discussions and interactive sessions designed to sharpen skills across key areas such as project management, financial planning, policy development, communication strategies, and volunteer management.
We explored innovative approaches to enhance the sustainability of our projects and fine-tuned our strategic priorities for the year ahead. Collaborative exercises fostered teamwork and creativity, encouraging us to think beyond existing practices and embrace new solutions to better serve the communities we work with.
The meeting also underscored the importance of aligning individual efforts with SERAC-Bangladesh’s broader mission. Together, we mapped out our 2025 Annual Plan, focusing on strengthening internal systems, expanding project impact, and ensuring that our organizational growth remains rooted in transparency, efficiency, and community empowerment.
As the meeting concluded, it left us with more than just action points—it ignited a renewed sense of purpose and unity.
