On 21-22 September 2026, SERAC-Bangladesh, with the support of the Commonwealth Foundation through the Adolescent Health Access: Peer-Led SRH Initiative, brought together its team for a two-day Staff Capacity Building Workshop to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and systems that drive our work forward.

Over two days of interactive learning, reflection, and collaboration, our team explored the full journey from identifying problems to designing impactful interventions. Sessions covered project management, problem analysis, organizational systems, strategic communication, policy advocacy, knowledge management, reporting, digital collaboration, and cybersecurity-equipping staff with practical tools to enhance programme quality, strengthen policy influence, and improve organizational effectiveness.

The workshop was more than a training-it was an opportunity to reflect on how we work together, exchange experiences, challenge ideas, and strengthen our shared commitment to creating lasting change. Through practical exercises, group discussions, and collaborative learning, we reaffirmed that strong organisations are built by people who continuously learn, adapt, and innovate.

As we return to our programmes, we do so with renewed energy, stronger collaboration, and a shared vision to advance evidence-based advocacy, amplify the voices of adolescents and young people, and contribute to more responsive and inclusive health systems in Bangladesh. Because lasting impact begins with investing in people.
