The Election Commission Meeting of the Mymensingh 1st Urban Youth Council Election 2023 was held in Mymensingh today. SERAC-Bangladesh together with Mymensingh City Corporation is hosting the election with the support from UNDEF and UNHabitat.
The Chief Election Commissioner and Mayor of Mymensingh City Corporation Md. Ekramul Haque Titu, Election Commissioners including SERAC-Bangladesh’s Executive Director SM Shaikat, Mymensingh Press Club Secretary Amit Roy, City Corporation Engineer Riajul Islam Raju, and Election Observes including UNDEF Deputy Executive Head Mikiko Sawanishi, and officials from the city corporation were present in the election schedule announcement meeting today. The election will be held in October 2023.
