On 17 November 2025, a Free Dental Checkup and Oral & Dental Health Awareness Campaign was successfully organized by the Rajshahi Urban Youth Council, marking a significant contribution to public healthcare for the residents of Rajshahi city.
The campaign took place at Shah Dine Convention Center, Kadirganj, Rajshahi, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from a large number of community members. Through this initiative, participants received free dental checkups along with professional guidance on maintaining proper oral and dental hygiene.
The campaign was led by
Dr. Amanullah Bin Akhtar Abid,
Rajshahi Urban Youth Councilor (Wards 4, 5, and 6),
Rajshahi City Corporation.
Under his dedicated leadership and strong sense of social responsibility, the program became a successful public health initiative. The event was also graced by the presence of Dr. Arif Hossain, entrepreneur Mousumi Akter, Shishir, Maruf, Afridi, Rajshahi Urban Youth Councilors and many other respected individuals from different sectors of society.
The primary objective of the campaign was to raise awareness about oral and dental health, emphasize the importance of regular dental checkups, and help identify dental issues at an early stage. This initiative was especially beneficial for people who have limited access to routine dental care.
