Bangladesh Urban Youth Councils Network-BUYCN is a unique platform that hosts local youth councils developed under a SERAC-Bangladesh project “Advancing Engagement by Setting Up Urban Youth Councils in Bangladesh” funded by the United Nations Democracy Fund (UNDEF), and technically supported by the UN-Habitat.

The BUYCN is an organization membership structured platform which only accommodates urban or local youth councils duly authorized by and formed under any City Corporation or municipality in Bangladesh.
