On July 26, 2025, SERAC Bangladesh organized a comprehensive Leadership / Advocacy / Policy Workshop under the STRIDE Project, with generous support from NEAR. This strategic event brought together members of the organization’s Executive Committee (EC) for a day of reflection, planning, and forward-thinking dialogue.
The workshop was attended by the following EC members:

Key Highlights of the Workshop:
✅ Policy Review: Participants critically reviewed SERAC Bangladesh’s current policy framework to identify areas for improvement and realignment with the organization’s evolving goals.
✅ Organizational Growth and Challenges: A significant portion of the discussion focused on internal growth strategies, operational challenges, and ways to ensure sustainability and impact.
✅ Advisory Committee Formation: The EC agreed on the importance of forming a dedicated advisory committee to provide strategic guidance and external insights.
✅ Strategic and Governance Issues: Broader governance themes, leadership transitions, and participatory decision-making processes were also discussed.
This workshop served as a milestone in reinforcing leadership, strengthening transparency,and shaping the strategic policy direction of SERAC Bangladesh as it continues its mission to empower youth and communities.
