STRIDE: Strengthening Institutional Resilience, Development & Engagement

This project aims to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of SERAC-Bangladesh as a key partner in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030. It focuses on strengthening human resources through structured training, leadership development, and continuous learning, particularly for field officers, mid- and senior-level staff. The initiative promotes the use of digital tools, soft skills, and professional adaptability to improve organizational efficiency.

Key components include developing strong governance and policy frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and strategic direction. Special emphasis is placed on inclusivity by addressing gender- and disability-related disparities, especially in the health sector, enabling SERAC-Bangladesh to design more equitable programs. The project also integrates training on climate change adaptation, disaster preparedness, and sustainable practices.

Additionally, it supports capacity building in financial and administrative management, covering budgeting, compliance, and donor engagement, to enhance operational sustainability. Through increased collaboration, networking, and knowledge-sharing among NGOs, the government, and donors, the project fosters a more coordinated and impactful development ecosystem. Overall, it aims to build a more resilient, efficient, and inclusive organization that can meaningfully work for advanced national development and the SDGs.
