SERAC-Bangladesh participated at a Knowledge Fair on SRHR (Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights) organized by Share-Net Bangladesh on 3rd May, 2017 at Six Season Hotel, Dhaka.
Honorable Minister of the Minister of Information, Hasanul Huq Inu MP was the Chief Guest, H.E Martine van Hoogstraten the Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of The Kingdom of Netherlands was the Special Guest and Dr. Annie Vestjens, First Secretary, SRHR & Gender, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, was the Guest of Honor on the occasion.
Three major issues of SRHR were discussed in the three different plenaries:
SERAC-Bangladesh exhibited its programs on the themes and shared its knowledge and practices around SRHR. A good number of participants visited the stall and made compliments on the comments book.
Further, Jisan Mahmud, Assistant Director (Program) of SERAC-Bangladesh was awarded with the prestigious “Share-Net Fellowship 2017” at the closing of the fair, which was one of the two fellowships awarded this year.
